Privacy Policy

The short version. This website does not collect anything about you on its own. It has no accounts, no order form, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies of ours. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us by email, and we use it only to answer you.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, nothing is sent to us by the website. The form opens the email program on your own device with your name, vehicle and message filled in; the message only reaches us if you send it.

When you email us, we receive whatever you include, normally your name, email address, vehicle details and your question. We keep that email so we can answer you and follow up on a quote or an installation.

While you browse, Cloudflare, which hosts this site, records standard request information such as your IP address and browser type, as any web host does, and uses it to serve the page and block abuse. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report network errors back to it (Network Error Logging), which it uses to detect outages; that setting can be turned off in the Cloudflare dashboard. We do not see or keep that information ourselves.

We do not ask for and have no use for your date of birth, driver's licence, social security number or payment card details. We do not take payment through this website.

Who else sees it

Every file on this site, including its images and icons, is served by our own host. Only two other companies are involved:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and, like any web host, sees your IP address and browser type when it serves a page. Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
• Google receives the emails you send to our Gmail address and stores them for us. Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

The YouTube and Instagram links in the footer only take you to those sites when you click them; nothing loads from them beforehand.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, and a browser's Global Privacy Control signal changes nothing about how we treat you. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing here counting you, so there is no cookie banner to click.

How long we keep it

Emails about a quote or a job are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, tax and accounting purposes, generally up to four years, and then deleted. General enquiries that go nowhere are deleted sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will delete what you ask us to, except records we are required to keep for a completed sale or installation.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
