These terms apply to the website of VIP Auto Center LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only; the price, warranty and terms of any part we sell or work we perform are agreed in writing with you before the sale or the job.
1. What this site is for
The site describes the parts we supply and the installation services we offer, and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer to sell at a stated price. You cannot buy anything through the site itself; quotes, orders and appointments are arranged by email.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices are provided on request and are valid for the period stated in the quote. As an authorised dealer we follow each manufacturer's advertised-pricing rules, which is why prices for some products are not published here. A quote becomes an order only when we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit is received.
3. Installations
Installation work is offered selectively, by appointment, and mainly on GM vehicles. We may decline work we are not equipped for. The scope, price, timing and any warranty for a job are set out in the written estimate you approve before work begins.
4. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but product availability, specifications and manufacturer programmes change. Descriptions on this site are general information, not a guarantee that a part fits or suits your vehicle; confirm fitment with us before ordering.
5. Trademarks
RUN VSE, Insane Diesel, PPE, Banks Power, General Motors, Chevrolet and GMC are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products we sell and the vehicles we work on. VIP Auto Center LLC is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by General Motors.
6. Using the site
You may view and print pages for your own use. Do not copy the site's text, images or logo for another business, attempt to interfere with the site, or use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to YouTube, Instagram and other sites we do not control. Their content and their terms are their own.
8. Liability
The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, and nothing here affects the warranty terms agreed for a specific part or job.

10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about the website will be brought in the courts of McLennan County, Texas. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
